I’m a mother and a certified pediatric sleep specialist, passionate about helping families find rest through connection, compassion, and trust.
I know what it feels like to be in your shoes—searching for answers, reading about strict schedules that didn’t sit right with me (after all, our babies aren’t robots). I just wanted to help my baby sleep, but I wasn’t sure how. I knew the Cry-It-Out method wasn’t the right fit for us, but living with constant exhaustion didn’t feel right either.
That’s when I discovered a different path—one that honors both your baby’s needs and your instincts. A path where you can build a flexible routine, tune into hunger cues, and gently support your baby in learning how to sleep. It didn’t mean giving up cuddles or contact naps—it meant knowing when and how to help my baby rest confidently, knowing that I always come back.
My approach is rooted in connection, developmentally appropriate support, and understanding each baby’s unique temperament. You won’t find any Cry-It-Out here. Instead, we work together to understand how sleep, feeding, and attachment all work in harmony—so you can feel confident and your baby can feel secure.
