Meet The Founder
From a young age, I was naturally drawn to caring for children—volunteering to babysit, holding babies, helping out neighbors with their toddlers, and even organizing camps for the kids in my community. Years later, I became a preschool teacher, where I was introduced to the world of conscious parenting even before becoming a parent myself. This approach shaped the way I supported each child as a unique individual, respecting their temperament and specific needs.
When I became a mother, my passion deepened in a whole new way. I was blessed with a beautiful child—without an instruction manual—and eager to find a sleep solution that felt right for both of us. After lots of learning, courses, and sorting through more advice than I needed, we found an approach that worked. I started sharing what I’d learned with friends, neighbors, and anyone who needed support.
Through this personal journey, I realized I could truly make a difference. While some sleep consultants are known for using rigid or forceful methods, I believe there’s a gentler, more compassionate way.

Being a mother is not just a role for me—it’s my greatest joy and my motivation. My children are the heart of everything I do, and their well-being guides my work. I am deeply committed to preserving the strong bond between parent and child, grounded in love and trust. I believe every child deserves to feel safe and secure, knowing their caregiver is always there—both day and night. This belief shapes my approach: to offer guidance that supports restful sleep while nurturing connection, kindness, and care.
My Passion
I’ve been there, and I truly understand the challenges you’re facing. My passion for helping families comes from walking in your shoes. I remember when I was pregnant with my first child, asking a friend’s mother for baby sleep advice—and her response, “You will never sleep again,” left me feeling overwhelmed and confused. That moment made me realize how many myths surround sleep for parents.
I want you to know that peaceful sleep is possible for your family.
At the heart of my approach is a simple belief: caregivers always come back, no matter the time of day. This foundation guides everything I do. I’m here to support you every step of the way, helping you overcome sleep challenges with understanding, compassion, and solutions tailored to your family.

My work is rooted in a holistic view. While I don’t offer medical advice, I often collaborate with lactation consultants, nurses, and pediatricians to ensure our efforts are aligned. Together, we create a balanced and thoughtful plan that meets your child’s unique needs and supports your whole family.
My Goals
My ultimate goal is to empower parents with the knowledge and confidence to navigate their baby’s sleep journey with patience and understanding. Through my guidance, I hope to help you recognize your natural ability to support your baby’s sleep needs—fostering a deep connection and a sense of calm that goes far beyond just getting restful nights.
A key part of this empowerment comes from helping parents understand the science of sleep—giving them a clear and comprehensive view of what’s developmentally right for their baby. By exploring the details of sleep science, parents gain the knowledge and confidence to make choices that truly fit their child’s unique needs and stages of growth.
On this journey, I encourage you to avoid comparing your baby to others. Each child is unique, with their own temperament and pace of growth. There is no one-size-fits-all method, which is why I avoid cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, I create personalized plans that respect your baby’s individual personality and needs, as well as your family’s unique situation.
By embracing this approach, I aim to guide parents with confidence, understanding, and compassion. Together, we’ll honor the unique qualities of each baby, empowering you to create a sleep experience that feels natural and supportive for your whole family.
