Hi! I’m Chana.

I’m a mother to two with one on the way, a dedicated advocate of enhancing family sleep through unconditional love and bonding, and a certified pediatric sleep consultant.  

I’ve been there too…googling the regressions, seeing rigid schedules to follow that made me super uncomfortable (we are not raising robots here!). I just wanted clear answers. I knew it was possible for my baby to sleep, but I didn’t know how I can possibly help her. The Cry-It-Out method did not feel right to me, but sleepless nights also didn’t feel right to me.

It was then that I discovered there is a way to create a flexible routine, respond to proper hunger cues, and help your baby sleep. This still meant all the cuddles, holding for naps if I wanted, but also allowed me to put my baby down for a nap. How did I do that? By having my baby understand that ‘mommy always comes back,’ no matter what. My approach focuses on relationship and age appropriate development. You will not find any cry it out methods, as I do not want us leaving our baby alone to figure things out for themselves.

My purpose: I’m super passionate about educating you on your baby’s unique temperament style, and how we can best help them link their sleep cycles. We do all of this by understanding how sleep, feeding and attachment all come together to create one beautiful masterpiece!
