Together, we’ll explore the science of sleep, how to strengthen your beautiful bond while supporting independent sleep, what days and nights should look like, and sample routines that fit your family. We’ll also cover all the important “what ifs,” like illness, travel, and anything else that may come up, so you feel prepared and confident moving forward.
